FKM Cord
FKM rubber O-rings cord belongs to the fluoroelastomer/ fluorocarbon category of elastomers.
This rubber O-Rings cord offers excellent resistance to a wide variety of corrosive fluids at elevated temperatures without major degradation. PINPSEALS FKM/FKM rubber cords have excellent resistance to ozone, The terms FPM, FKM and FKM very often cause confusion and lead to incorrect interpretations. All of these designations stand for one single base material: fluoro rubber.
Temperature Range -15°C to +200°C.
For Normal applications, you can use NBR Cord.

Physical Properties
Operating Temperature range: -15°C to + 200°C peaks up to 250°C.
The vulcanization is affected.
At the temperature of 177°C. for a period of 7 minutes with slabs of 2mm thickness.
At the temperature of 177°C. for a period of 15 minutes with specimen 29mm diameter 12.5mm height Post cure 24h at 230°C.
(*) After 72 hrs at 40°C. with an ozone concentration of 50 PPHM and elongation of 20%
