Design Description

PINP WIFF (Wifflon) is a hydrolysis-resistant material for a temperature range from – 50°C to +150°C. Especially suitable for piston/ rod seals with soft elastomer energizers, slip rings, or wipers/scrapers used for harsh contamination such as dirt.
PINP WIFF polymer is Hydrolysis resistant, UV resistant, and has superior mineral oil compatibility and great resistance to ozone attack and weathering. PINP WIFF has outstanding toughness and abrasion resistance for high-pressure applications. The material has good mineral oil compatibility and good resistance to weathering.
