PTFE Packing is braided with high purity PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene, Teflon) filament. PTFE material has low friction and excellent resistance to chemicals. PTFE Braided Packing is resilient, chemical resistant, self-lubricating, and withstands high linear speed and pressure with minimum wearing to the shaft. PTFE Packing can be used in various pumps and valves. It is especially good for corrosive media, high-speed applications, or applications that require clean and minimum contamination material.

Product Applications :
Style 1400L: PTFE braided packing treated with inert and heat resistant lubricant, the soft version for better performance in pumps.
Style 1400D: PTFE braided packing impregnated with PTFE dispersion, no lubricant, the firm version PTFE Packing as the static seal for valves, boilers, pressure vessels, etc.
