O-RINGS FKM 75 (FKM) SHORE A
Black Fluorocarbon/ Fluoroelastomer O-ring, also known as an FKM o-ring or FKM, FPM o-rings. FKM (FKM) O-Rings have a low compression set and have high temperature and chemical resistance.
The terms FPM, FKM, and FKM very often cause confusion and lead to incorrect interpretations. All of these designations stand for one single base material: fluoro rubber.
Temperature Range -20°C to +200°C with Durometer/Hardness 75. For high pressure, you should use FKM Shore 90.
Description
Physical Properties
Operating Temperature range: -15°C to + 200°C peaks up to 250°C.
The vulcanization is affected.
At the temperature of 177°C. for a period of 7 minutes with slabs 2mm thickness.
At the temperature of 177°C. for a period of 15 minutes with a specimen 29mm in diameter and 12.5mm in height.
Post cure 24h at 230°C.
(*) After 72 hrs at 40°C. with an ozone concentration of 50 PPHM and elongation of 20%.
