O-RINGS FKM 90 SHORE A
Black Fluorocarbon O-ring, also known as an FKM o-ring or FKM, FPM O-rings. FKM (FKM) O-Rings have a low compression set and have high temperature and chemical resistance with Durometer / Shore A 90 which use for high pressure. For normal pressure, you can use O-Ring FKM shore 75.
The terms FPM, FKM, and FKM very often cause confusion and lead to incorrect interpretations. All of these designations stand for one single base material: fluoro rubber.
Description
Physical Properties
The vulcanization is affected.
At the temperature of 177°C. for a period of 7 minutes with slabs 2mm thickness.
At the temperature of 177°C. for a period of 15 minutes with specimen 29mm diameter 12.5mm height Post cure 24h at 230°C.
(*) After 72 hrs at 40°C. with an ozone concentration of 50 PPHM and elongation of 20%.
