PINPTHANE -H is a hydrolysis-resistant casted polyurethanes elastomer. It combines the excellent physical properties of PINPTHANE with high resistance to degradation in water (hydrolysis). PINPTHANE – H has excellent stability in mineral oil and can be used in “water-hydraulics” in applications like mining and tunneling machines and hydraulic presses up to a temp. of 90°C. It is especially recommended for use in seawater, HFA, HFB fire-resistant pressure fluids, and biologically degradable hydraulic fluids (vegetable oils and synthetic esters).
