PINPSeals range of super polymers is a cut above the rest as they are thermoset and spin cast.
The thermoset polyurethane produced by PINPSeals has a wide range of properties, including fluid and moisture resistance. Polyurethane seals offer outstanding performance in high-pressure hydraulic systems with abrasive contamination, high shock loads, and related adverse conditions.
PINP Red super polymer is Hydrolysis resistant, UV resistant, and has superior mineral oil compatibility and great resistance to ozone attack and weathering. This high-performance material is triple lubricated. It is able to maximize its elasticity and is very effective in fast operating cycles. Their excellent temperature characteristics have proven themselves in tough application situations.
